7-9th March 2008 .Botanic Park. Adelaide.
Black Arm Band in Murundak .
Friday 9:15pm Stage Two.
This impressive ensemble (which premiered at the Melbourne festival in 2006 ) featured almost every indigenous musical artist of worth that I can think of. Archive Roach, Ruby Hunter and more than 20 others were joined by John Butler for their memorable show, which featured the moving "Is This What We Deserve ? " - accompanied by a gut wrenching visual display on the big screens , and finishing with a stirring ' Treaty ' which had the whole crowd dancing and singing along .

Most of these are photos that the Old Boll Weevil took of the acts that he witnessed,The Weevil apologises for the occasional fuzziness of the pix , but he borrowed the young Weevilettes camera and was using it for the first time, so was unsure of how well it would respond in dark conditions.
