Site Photos 1.

The festival site is renowned for its huge Morton Bay Fig trees, which provide deep shade around the eating areas and which give the site much of its atmosphere. Workshops and a variety of activities were held in this area in 99 and vendors ,both official and unofficial, were to be seen dotted around the site.

 
This year there were four stages , probably a few too many really, as there is some overspill of sound at times. Here we see stage one , the main stage .This can accomodate major acts and audiences of about 20,000, whereas all the other stages are much smaller. 

 

    
Stage three by comparison, is just a little tacker , but this has great sound and is a much more intimate venue..
